The Hibbing Early Learning Center at the Washington Elementary broke ground in May. The 32,000 sf addition to the Washington Elementary is scheduled to be completed in March 2022. Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency (AEOA) and ISD 701 will be merging their two Early Childhood and Head Start programs to be housed in the new addition, serving 120 children in total.
