Fond du Lac Konzak Site Assessment

ARI was contacted by the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa to assess development opportunities on a 100-acre site. ARI engaged the local community and compiled a regional socio-economic profile to help assess how the site could best serve the surrounding area and those within it. The resulting report provides an assessment of the site, options for development, and a list of costs and opportunities associated with each development option.

We explored four potential uses for the site: a pow wow grounds, a residential neighborhood, a business park, and a mixed-use development. Each use was designed to a conceptual level and delivered with budget estimations of the required road and utility infrastructure to help the client decide on a plan to move forward.
