Project Background:

ARI was contacted by the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa to assess development opportunities on a 100-acre site. ARI engaged the local community and compiled a regional socio-economic profile to help assess how the site could best serve the surrounding area and those within it.

We explored four potential uses for the site: a pow wow grounds, a residential neighborhood, a business park, and a mixed-use development. Each use was designed to a conceptual level and delivered with budget estimations of the required road and utility infrastructure to help the client decide on a plan to move forward.
