The Bruce Mine Headframe is on the National Register of Historic Places, and it is also the final existing head frame on the Mesabi Range.  The scope of this project includes structural repair and rehabilitation of the Federally-listed Mine Headframe, roads, parking, signage, and decorative fencing.

ARI is responsible for completing an initial site examination and walkthrough, initial site master plan conceptual renderings, and schematic-level estimate of probable cost for a final master plan for construction budgeting.

Additional landscape work includes conducting stormwater and zoning ordinance reviews and summaries.
