A number of years after the design of the original facility, ARI completed an addition to Cornerstone Villa, an Alzheimer's & dementia assisted-living facility in Buhl, MN.

The original facility design included 44 beds, with 12 of them designated for Alzheimer's & memory care.  6,800 sf were added to the facility in 2017, including more resident rooms, a kitchenette, and commons.

The facility includes social service office space, beauty and barber shop, outdoor courtyards, physical therapy spaces, kitchen facilities, and an administration area, all while maintaining an ambiance of hominess, rather than institutionally.
