ARI has been working with the Ely Public School District since 2019 to pass a referendum — It successfully passed in November 2020.

The facilities study done for the District was conducted in order to design a plan that the community would support and meet all goals of this school district.  Data gathering, walk-throughs, an educational adequacy report, community engagement and documentation, and finally a presentation and refinement of a final plan have been the steps taken by ARI and Ely Public Schools in order to successfully pass the referendum.
