Ryan Erspamer was hired as a Project Coordinator. He has nine years of experience and specializes in architectural projects of all types and sizes including commercial, government, institutional, and educational. Erspamer earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2002 from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND, is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects and is an associate director of their Northern Minnesota Chapter. He is also a member of Minnesota Power Energy Design Conference and Expo planning team.

Aaron Squadroni was hired as a project technician. He has 4 years of experience and specializes in design of arts and cultural buildings as well as educational facilities. Squadroni recently earned a Masters degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota, is a member of the American Institute of Architects and has obtained LEED certification. He is also a member of the College of Design adjunct faculty at the University of Minnesota.
